Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping on orders over $100 is FREE! Shipping on orders under $100 is $5.95. Overnight orders cost $25 to ship.

A: We ship from Dallas, Texas. Monday - Friday 9AM - 3:30PM.
Q: What is the cut off for same day shipping?
A: Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday and if your order is placed before 3:30 PM Central time it will be shipped same day. If you place an overnight order on the weekend it will ship the next available business day.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders arrive to US locations within 1-3 business days after you have confirmation that the order has shipped. Orders weighing over 13oz will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Q: Do we ship international?
A: Yes, we ship to most international locations for a flat rate of $20 USD.

A: We have locations that average $200 a day and some bring in up to $600 per day. It all depends on how much effort you are willing to invest.
Q: Can’t I just learn all this off of YouTube?
A: Well maybe... However we offer much more than YouTube does. YouTube shows you the repairs when they go exactly as planned, which would work great in a perfect world. What they don’t tell you is what not to do, why you're doing things, or in detail how to do them. Going even further we include how to handle customers, advertise, and run every aspect of your business. Plus you can’t call YouTube when you run into a problem in the middle of a repair.
Q: How soon can I get started?
A: Once you purchase a start up kit, it usually arrives in 2-3 days and then typically you can learn the repairs and start fixing phones the 4th or 5th day after purchase.
Q: How can I compete with Apple or the big cellular repair stores?
A: Apple charges $200 for a cracked screen repair, big cell repair stores charge $75 and our shops typically charge $50. Not to mention that you will be closer and a lot less of a hassle than dealing with the crowds at the Apple store. You win by having an advantage in price, location, and ease.
Q: Does United iPhone own the company I start or am I considered as a franchise?
A: No, United iPhone simply provides you with the parts and resources needed to start your own company. You hold full ownership and have the right to run the company any way that you want.
Q: How much time will this take up?
A: It takes a couple hours to learn the basic repairs. After you’ve done that and have a basic marketing plan in place it can take as little as a hour or two each day or be a full time job. The more you put in the more you make!
Q: I don’t know anything about iPhones, I don’t even have one! Can I still be successful with a start up kit?
A: Yes! We teach you everything about iPhones starting from how to turn it on.
